First year manufacturing students have begun their chair projects. Students must design and build a chair that can hold 200 lbs using only cardboard and 2 rolls of masking tape.

Our SOS club meets in the LGI room on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45 and ends at 4:45 for any student that needs a quiet space to work OR needs help. Mr. Marker along with our new CIS representative will be there to help any student . Snacks are provided!

Some exciting learning in happening in the art room this fall. Photography learned about the history of camera-less images and how they were created. They tried their hand at the process of photograms using cyanotype painted paper.

NHS hosted Choice Matters and speaker, Ethan Fisher. Juniors and seniors listened to Ethan’s story and struggles with drugs and alcohol. Ethan shared his journey and lessons on the importance of making responsible life choices. Students were able to do simulations after Ethan shared his story.
